Found that the 48GB filesystem holding everything was 100% full.
Deleted some very large exim logfiles, deleted /var/local/mailman/log/old*
in the /var/old-svlug-rfs/ chroot, nulled out and rebuilt the mailman-owner
mailing list archive, deleted /var/cache/apt/archives/*.deb both inside the
/var/old-svlug-rfs/ chroot and outside it, restarted exim4 and mailman
(mailmanctl, qrunner) daemon processes in the /var/old-svlug-rfs/ chroot,
and then restarted the lighttpd daemon processes outside the chroot.
Much better now:
