Hi Mary, I'll answer this bit separately.

Rick Moen is the best contact I know, but SVLUG is a non profit with 0
money. As far as I know Joe nicely agreed to host that machine for the
Linux community in the silicon valley.
If this is not possible anymore, as a ex president of Svlug, I thank you
for the hosting you've offered so far, and been credited for, and I
guess Svlug would have to remove the machine altogether.

You can check with Joe if this is what should be done, and coordinate
with Rick if that is the case.
