[volunteers] November Presentation

I've just had a telephone chat with JT (James Taylor), our November speaker
(CCd).

He has a good idea of what our meeting announcements should cover, and 
will be sending a draft of what he suggests to Volunteers.  I've just now
added his address to the roster of e-mail addresses permitted to send mail
to this list without that mail being held for listadmin approval.

As mentioned, once we have James's draft, and maybe massaged it a bit, 
the front page and meetings page need revising (prob. by Mark Weisler).

On this coming Monday or Tuesday, an ASCII rendering of the meeting
announcement should go out to svlug-announce, and manually approved by a
listadmin.

The sooner the Web pages get updated, the more likely good turnout is. ;->
