Yeah, but, just to be clear, any way you _want_ do it, you get to have
it your way.  I merely suggest on the basis of prior experience that
it's a really good idea to provide some amount of structure in the form
of at least one or two identified speakers/panelists/whatever and a
specific topic.

Reasons for that fall into two broad categories.  One is the impression
made on people reading the meeting announcement.  If the event sounds
really vague, people get deterred from coming.  The other reason is the 
motivating effect mentioning a speaker's name in the announcement has on
the speaker.  From experience, I can tell you that seeing something go
out to the public promising you'll speak on a topic is a lovely
incentive to not screw up.  ;->

By the way, no need for slide if you don't want them.  But let me know,
as I need to get an 'access code' for the overhead projector if you're
going to use it.
