NS1.NYLUG.ORG had furnished secondary (slave) DNS for the svlug.org
domain for many years.  Being advised of its recent collapse, I've just
removed it from the master nameserver zonefile at ns1.svlug.org aka
www.svlug.org, and removed it from the authoritative roster at our
domain registrar, Joker.com.

Thanks!  I hadn't heard before you told me, so the news is appreciated.

I've just removed NS1.NYLUG.ORG from the authoritative list for
svlug.org.  Looks like that's the only one of SVLUG's three domains 
it was doing service for.  

If the machine should happen to get resurrected, I'd appreciate a note
again.

BTW, if you ever need DNS secondaries, SVLUG and I can each furnish
reliable service.
