Symantec does not provide an Internet connection because they are concerned about security. Seems to me that if we were to do this via Skype we would need...
* Internet connection, possibly via a Wifi hotspot such as a MiFi
* Someone with a Skype account, a computer, and then...
* speakers and some audio amplification.  
* Any slide presentation could be viewed through the computer and then projected onto the screen we usually use.

If we attempt this it should be practiced in advance of the meeting.
