you might want to create a form response for these questions. As the speaker:

* who will be the MC/Liason?
* what is a good time to arrive in the room?
* where is a good place to park?
* what mass transit is available? (I might talk light rail)
* what equipment is available? overhead, etc?
* Is there any Internet connection available?

If any of these topics might be good for the mailing list, feel free
to post them.
