[volunteers] Installfests

I think Installfests are still useful. I go to Cabal often and someone seems
teo need help with something. These are long-time users as well as newbies,
and I know they wouldn't find the other O/S any easier to deal with, but the
community needs these people as much as any for Linux to grow and improve
even more. Let's do it!

At one time I volunteered to at least help as coordinator, but I don't think
this is prossible in the near future. Late on, if I can I'm still open to
helping.
