I imagine so -- and I sure hope so.  To be sure, I've known quite a lot
of clueful ones.

It's just mind-boggling that SVLUG's Jobs mailing list attracts so many
of the Lamentable Ones who literally do not comprehend the concept of a
mailing list -- even when, in all likelihood, they are posting directly
from the relevant Mailman listinfo page (either without reading it or
without understanding any part of it).

On the evidence, they simply assume that we must operate a Web board for
jobs postings -- even though it's obvious within about five seconds of
looking at http://www.svlug.org/ that we don't have any Web boards.

And _this_ one also decided that the SVLUG Jobs forum must be run by
BayLISA, don't forget.  I don't know what sort of brain damage could
account for that confusion.  So, I ended up getting to explain matters
to her _twice_, because she decided to ignore the first explanation.

I'm betting that if I were able to get paid my hourly billing rate for
helping these people, they'd suddenly become _amazingly_ less hapless.
