Thank you, Mark.  However, sadly, Skip Evans decided to ignore my
request, and didn't bother to answer it in any way.  Then, last night, he
again posted from one of his non-subscribed addresses, ignored the
resulting held-message advisory with the URL where he could cancel the
held post, and re-posted from his subscribed address -- leaving me with
the same inconsiderate mess as before.

Fine.  I've let him know that he _still_ needs to stop doing that, or my
next step will be to cause future posts from his various alternate
addresses to be autodiscarded.
