[volunteers] SVLUG Needs an Installfest Coordinator (& Venue for August)

Given that there seems to be no objections or alternative ideas[1] to holding the 8/15 SVLUG installfest at the Fremont Main Library from 1-4pm, lets go ahead and finalize the decision.

We still need to do the following:

a)Update the membership with a note on svlug-announce
b)Update the webpages
c)Confirm with David Eisenberg regarding the availability of Evergreen College for September

I will take care of a & c later today and will drop a note on the webteam list to ask for help updating the website.
