[volunteers] SVLUG Needs an Installfest Coordinator (& Venue for August)

My only concern would be is wondering if the library would mind
people walking in and out potentially carrying lots of computer
equipment.  This would be a bad thing to find out on the day of
the fest.

If it has seperate access, of course, that would minimize
equipment transportation through the main part of the library.

If that is *not* a problem, cool
