Subject: Sponsoring the CommunityOne West Conference

Hello,

I wasn't sure who to email but I work on getting media sponsorships for
the JavaOne and CommunityOne conferences sponsored by Sun Microsystems. We
are specifically looking for organizations like yours to sponsor the
CommunityOne conference on a trade basis. I am hoping that this email
will get to someone who may be able to help me with these efforts.

CommunityOne will take place June 1-3 in San Francisco and will be
colocated with JavaOne. It will include over 70 talks and lectures on such
things as cloud platforms, RIAs and scripting, web platforms, free and
open-source software and more. We are putting together a .org area of the
show floor and would be interested in speaking with you to see if there
would be interest in having a table on site. This would be on a trade
basis and we would be looking for marketing exposure on your end in
return. I have pasted below some ways that we could provide exposure to
your group. Of course you are not required to have a presence at
CommunityOne if you would simply like to trade marketing. We can also
tailor packages to fit your needs. I am also wondering if you have any
meetings coming up that we could distribute a mailer at?

Please let me know if you are interested and we can set up a time to speak
in further detail. Here is the website if you would like more information:
