[volunteers] Installfest in March/April

Rick Moen and CABAL have kindly agreed to host SVLUG's monthly installfest for March, April and May while David Eisenberg and Evergreen Green Valley College are not available.  CABAL meets the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month and SVLUG, so we need to pick one of those events.  In order to give folks ample notice for March, I propose that SVLUG installfests join CABAL on the 4th Saturday of the month.       

Any constructive feedback on this plan?
