Hey Rick, 
please don not feel any pressure to host the SVLUG installfest.  Piggybacking the installfest onto CABAL seems like any easy solution... but then again, it is not my house and as the prospective host, you (and your family) have the only vote that counts.  If it causes concern for any reason, we'll either find another venue or cancel the installfests.
