Hear, hear! I can corroborate Rick's account of spam. When Rick went on 
vacation last fall I administered the incoming messages requiring attention 
and we get several spam items/day. Seemed like some days there were ten or 
twelve and they do at least need to be viewed quickly so that we don't throw 
away someone's sincere and genuine message. It takes time to do it.
