Our 'hosting untrusted users under Xen: Lessons from the trenches' chapter
is in pretty good shape.  It goes over the things that we've learned in the
last few years as a VPS provider using Xen.  It covers, of course, the 
xen scheduling, but it also covers using ionice to control I/O bandwidth, 
and tc for shaping network traffic.    We also talk about some of the
management tools we have cobbled together.  

I think we could make it in to a fairly nice set of slides for a presentation,
if  that sounds interesting.
