Why, thank you.

Anyway, successful online forums are something of an art form.  There
are things you can do that make their flowering more or less likely, but 
some of it's luck of the draw (or, at least, factors you don't control 
and will have a difficult time predicting).

How long to wait, and what measures to take, before rubbing out one
that's been going nowhere, is a judgement call.
