I would be interested in giving a talk about Xen- now or at some point 
in the future.  if your current plans don't work out, I can make 
July 2nd, but if you have someone else, just put me in the queue.  I live
in the area and we have lots of information laying about, so I am a good
last-minute guy.  

I've been running a Xen VPS provider since '06   (don't laugh, that's a long
time for Xen :)   and we (my partner and I) are nearing completion of a 
book about Xen targeting the System Administrator.

We could give an overview of the Xen virtualization technology from a 
practical, hands-on perspective.  many times virtualization doesn't make 
sense, but sometimes the cheapest hardware to buy/host is much larger than 
the optimal server size for your application.  in that case, you want to 
use a virtualization technology like Xen.
