Christian, as you'll note on
http://lists.svlug.org/lists/listinfo/svlug-announce, "This list is for
Silicon Valley Linux User's Group's announcements, e.g., who will be the
next speaker. (SVLUG and SVLUG-sponsored events only may be announced,
here.)"  Discussion in response to svlug-announce postings should ALWAYS
go to the svlug at lists.svlug.org or volunteers at lists.svlug.org mailing
lists, as appropriate.  Reiber's recent post was a violation of that
requirement, and his ability to do that again has now been curtailed.
It does not create a situation where you doing likewise is a good idea,
and thus your post to the announce list cannot be approved.

If you really think you must argue with Reiber, please do it somewhere
more appropriate.
