anything that affects svlug should be kept in the open (mailing list)
and archived
	- no private (e)mails ... or even phone calls

	but there's nothing to stop or prevent or discourage
	private discussion before announcing or making the "reviewed" info
	available for others to agree/disagree/discuss

- paul you're also famous for posting private emails which
  can be verified in the svlug archives
