Hiya, Ed,

Shame I have to wait another month to have a VP...
...or do I?  What was it Picard said?  ..."Make it so".

Seems to me I should be able to APPOINT you VP, since
(1) you want the job, and I want you to have it
(2) I need the help of at least one other officer!

But, I've been told by people who evidently feel it's their job
to tell me what the rules are that I can't do that.

Likewise, creating more official positions - I'll bet people
yell and scream when I say... "Associate VPs"... which
I want a few of, right along side the VP.
