Bruce, I've been fully briefed on _everything_ that's been in the Apache
document tree on SVLUG's Web server since Wednesday, July 28, 2004 --
and I've never come across anything therein like "attempted bylaws".
So, I am mystified at your (and Alvin's) references such things or
attempts to produce such things, and to "vanished" Web pages. I've seen
no "attempted bylaws", no "existing bylaws", no references to them, no
projects to produce them, nada.

Your implication of deliberate deletion would be more credible if you
could, e.g., find an archived link at Internet Archive / Wayback Machine
_or_ a mention in one of our mailing lists, but I've mentioned those
suggestions several times to you and Alvin, and neither of you has
followed through.

I'm regretfully obliged to conclude that there's no evidence whatsoever
for either of your (mutually contradictory) assertions on that matter.

Is it possible that one or both of you is thinking of SVCS or Sbay's
bylaws? I don't think either of you is making things up, but it's
possible that one or both of you has misremembered something.
