it existed ... i will state as fact that it existed since svlug inception

	- ian .... is a stickler about those things
	- rick ... also a stickler about policy
	- others . i forgot who else likes policy
	- me ..... policy is good to keep things in line when needed

	- them ... don't like policies due to restrictions

( pretty much everything has rules, written or implied .. like it or not )

"policies" was also used to decribe the duties for the presidents
and other housekeeping ...
	- dibona, marti, merlin, reed, reiber, next

- remember that presidential term discussions occured
- remember that presidential voting occured

	- where are all those announcements
	- where are all those vote counts
	- where are all those job descriptions

mailing list policies obviously exists

if the policies doesnt exists... it was probably erased or it
was referenced externally to sbay.org that has all that stuff in place
whom svlug has said it wants to be separate "ownership of svlug.org"
from sbay...
