Any opinions about whether this is appropriate to forward to
svlug at lists.svlug.org?
I am unsure, but tend to think "no", as lacking much Linux relevance.
Meanwhile, I'm replying back, thanking him, letting him know I've
forwarded his post here, and suggesting he should also try
baylisa at baylisa.org .

Subject: Power Management study
Mr. Moen,
I work for Cassatt in San Jose and we're looking for unix admins to
participate in a focus group discussing power management in
datacenters. I have included below the description of the study.
Basically, we're looking for folks who can come by the office for a
couple of hours and tell us their opinions and experiences with
respect to power management. Per the description, we will be
compensating participants $100 for their time.
Don't know how this works with your group. Is there a group alias to
which it's appropriate to send this?
Thanks very much for any help you can provide,
Bob Hendrich
