Thus, I didn't mention your disappointment.  (You just did, of course.)

In any event, my point was to attempt to fix that outcome.  (That's my
ethical obligation, since Mark got out of pocket by reimbursing _me_.)

I'm making only enough of a thing about it to get Mark's out-of-pocket
reimbursed (if six other people help).  ;->
