The traditional _start_ time of the general meeting is 7 PM sharp, which
entails a few minutes of prefatory announcement and then going straight
into introducing the featured speaker.  So, I would think if you get
there at, say, quarter to seven, that might give enough time to get out
any laptop glitches, etc.
