The meeting starts around 7:00pm and goes on for ~2 hours.
The meeting format is:

* pre-meeting announcement(s)
   similar events that are likely be of interest to members

* Nifty of the month
   a short 10~15 min mini-presentation describing some cool tool/tip/trick

* speaker introduction

* main presentation
   you have ~90 min

* Q/A session
   ~15 min

* recruiters/job seekers corner

Yes. Wed, June 06, 2007 slot is available.
I suppose, that works for you as well.

You definitely have some time to finalize that but we do need a brief
speaker biography and topic summary from your side (to be used for
meeting announcement on the mailing list as well as on the SVLUG
