In attendence:

Denise, Paul, Chris, Rick, Tim, Heather, Lisa

Points:

- Which MTA to use was discussed.  It was decided, at least for
  now, that we will stick with exim4 & sa-exim.  Rick mentioned
  eximconfig as a reference.

- Discussed the existing systems and how each could be
  deployed for various purposes

- Discussed the possibility of getting more ram for the virtual
  machine at linnode

- Various discussions on how to configure machines and which
  services will end up on which machine

Action Items:

- Rick to create accounts for Tim, Denise, and Chris and add
  them to the webslave group

- Rick to get contact information to Lisa for primary contact at
  linnode

- Lisa to contact linnode to negotiate a more capable virtual
  server

- Lisa to configure the virtual server to be able to serve as
  the primary webserver

- Paul will check to be sure that Mark W is on the list of who
  can get into Via.net or to designate someone else to do so
  should Paul and Mark be unavailable in the case of a system
  failure

- Lisa will disable root login via ssh to machines

- Heather will prepare brie to be the primary mail/mailman
  server

- Daniel will configure JBOD for use on brie once brie is
  configured and moved to via.net

Tenative schedule (*very* flexable):

Get more memory on gruyere - 5/7
Finish preperations on brie - 5/15
Physically install brie @ via.net - 5/17
Switch MTA/mailman to brie - 5/20
Fix, update, and finalize moinmoin on gruyere - 5/21
Website cutover to gruyere - 5/30
Able to take down current svlug.org machine on 6/1
