Here goes (not putting discussion times on any of these yet):

1. Goals of Internet accessible SVLUG machines
	a. web server
	b. mailing list server
	c. mail server 
	d. DNS server
	e. additional functions...?

2. Review of machines available
	a. CPU type/speed
	b. memory
	c. available bandwidth
	d. maintainability

3. Allocation of tasks to machines
	a. Critical services may need primary *and* backup
	b. automatic/manual fail-over procedures
	c. process to get tasks set up on each machine
	
4. Backup/Maintenance plans
	a. automatic or someone's responsibility
	b. downtime likely/acceptable

5. Responsibilities
	a. items that need a responsible person
	b. backup person if primary is not available
	c. how to inform/notify primary if primary was not
	available

6. Communications
	a. how to keep "staff" informed of changes?
		i. mailing list?
		ii. wiki?
		iii cell phones / text messaging?
	b. mailing list for "sysadmin"?
	c. password rotation?

7. Wrap-up
	a. tasks
	b. proposed time-line
	c. contingencies

How's that for a start?  I'm VERY open to additions or
clarifications as this was all "off the top of my head."
