Rick - do you really perceive a need for more than one Silicon Valley
Linux Picnic per year, or is this purely in reaction to Sbay's
tactics?

I'm sure people would love to attend both (if indeed we decide to
throw a second one)... but would there be sufficient volunteer
support?

Something tells me the same core teams that have been driving/staffing
the picnic for years (and we all know who we are) will be called on to
drive/staff the second picnic as well as the first.
