come 2 think of it ... svlug volunteers should
seriously consider and talk about "linux picnic"
and take appropriate actions to keep the
linux picnic a community event

as opposed to the current hijacking going on
and similarly for the svlug.org domain name too

- agenda is good ... meetings is good .. 
  but getting things done is even better ... 

  and the new replacement machine has been offline 
  since oct ?? ... whilest the original backup box
  was online within say 2-3 days... 

- more people means more ways to do the same thing
  and n-times more of a managerial headache

- deadlines for tasks completions should be assigned,
  and if the deadlines is missed, the next volunteer
  should have the rights to implement their ideas
  to get things done ...

  these tasks should NOT be an ongoing "the same emails"
  over and over for months or years
