There are no blocks at the SMTP (Exim4) level, except for a long list of
spam-sending IP addresses, almost all of those in east Asia or
Russia/Ukraine.  If anyone needs to see that list, just ask, and it'll
be mailed to you.  (Mail from those would get 550 Reject DSNs.)
