Presumably from one of our small coterie of longtime passive-aggressive
shithead regulars, trying to get in a shot from under cover of anonymity.
Paul, Mark, feel welcome to consider this a complaint (from someone
unwilling to identify himself -- and, no, the throwaway address in
question has zero history and isn't a listmember, and he's identifiable
only as a Windows-using Earthlink user posting from a pacbell.net DSL
line):

That's a tad hypocritical, don't you think? Was their a reason for you =
to
copy the entire list on *this email*, except for the ego-feed of giving =
Mark a public spanking?

Since you ask, no. And by the way, whom am I speaking with? (I
personally doubt that your mom addresses you as "snarksnut".)

Mu. (Look it up.)

1. I actually appreciated Mark attempting to show leadership -- which
is why I so stated. (Mark's a friend of mine, by the way.)

2. I mentioned the reason why people, nonetheless, might want to give
the listadmins a few minutes to take corrective action before doing
something that might (and did) result in _more_ list spew, because
-- duh! -- it could easily happen again.

Nonetheless, if you feel like complaining, and have the guts to do so,
by all means do bitch to our esteemed officers. I can definitely use
the entertainment, right now.

And, by the way, if you want to look more clueful in the future, try
letting people know when you suddenly drop offlist into private e-mail,
instead of just dropping the list address and leaving the "[svlug]"
listtag misleadingly in the subject header.

This could justify a private email with a cc to the listadmins. But not
to the list at large, which is the point I made and you ignored.

Yes, and it's precisely your brand of self-"entertainment" that has made =
you
so endearing over the years.

I explained my reason -- which, ironically, YOU ignored.

Oh, and whom am I speaking to, again? I asked politely; maybe you think
I have suddenly developed a poor memory?

And by the way, if you'd been paying attention, you'd realise that, when
wearing that "hat", I _am_ the listadmin.

I'm sorry, but _who_ are you, again? I really can't take anonymous
trolls at all seriously.
