spam should be disallowed ... and otherwise, everybody 
else will want to spam the list, as has been going on lately

too many "we sell stuff" type of presentations lately
and no "content"

and referral markets typically get 10% - 30% discounts
or finders fee or reseller discount or whatever oyu
want to call it, the end result is somebody gets that amt
whether it be the middle man or the enduser
