If you honestly think that was the real Prof. Moglen's e-mail, I believe
you, but you really need to pay a bit closer attention if you don't want
to continue being hoaxed at the drop of a hat.

(Here's some low-hanging fruit on the clue tree:  Who would be motivated
to attempt to portray the Linux kernel as "obsolete"?  It would not be
FSF, as they freely admit that the HURD kernel isn't anywhere near
production-ready.  It's, in fact, a traditional line that Sun Marketing 
uses to promote Solaris to Linux markets.)
