Thanks, Julie. Something in what WebFetch is trying to parse, today,
out of the Freshmat headlines, has been giving it indigestion. Its
resulting HTML was like so:

  <!--- begin text generated by Perl5 WebFetch 0.11-pre1 - do not manually edit --->
  <!--- WebFetch can be found at http://www.webfetch.org/ --->
  <center>
  <table><tr><td valign=top>
  <ul>
  <font size=-1 face="arial,helvetica,serifa,serif">
  <li><a href="<META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="-1">

I've fixed the _immediate_ problem by just disabling the WebFetch
include for Freshmeat on the front page. I might check in, in a day or
two, and see if whatever tripped up WebFetch has scrolled off Freshmeat.
However, my present inclination is to just leave it disabled: The
"news" inclusions have always been my least favourite part of the 1998
design. (Like, sheesh, if we want news headlines, there are better ways
to get it in 2007, e.g., RSS feeds.)

Again, thank you for the heads-up.
