[volunteers] Problem loading svlug front page

Hello,

I should introduce myself since I'm a recent subscriber to this list,
but right now it seems more urgent to let you all know that there's a
problem with the http://www.svlug.org/ website this afternoon. The
front page seems to be in an infinite re-loading loop; other pages
seem to be okay. It seems to be a Perl WebFetch problem. A co-worker
noticed it.
