Yes, could be.  I was just trying to reach the RFC-mandated postmaster
account for the host that I _know_ has the problem.  Unfortunately,
RFC-mandated or not, most Internet systems' postmaster mail never gets
read, these days, because they were long ago overwhelmed with spam, or
were never read in the first place.  (SVLUG's system and mine are rare
in actually honouring that and other RFCs.)

So, I sometimes take the trouble to send out "Dude, you're screwing up" 
mail to postmasters just because it's the community-spirited thing to do,
but knowing that it likely won't get read, let alone heeded.
