I don't hide from spammers.  We (SVLUG) shouldn't, either.  It's beneath
our dignity, and sets a bad example:  We're better at technology than
the bad guys.  We therefore don't hide from them; we defeat and outthink
them.  Our public presence should reflect that assumption.

I also don't like putting legitimate correspondents through hoops, who
merely want to talk to us.
