[Volunteers] spam from volunteer list

am i the only lucky one getting these daily spams
that is addressed to web-team and other assorted
aliases 

i think it's amusing, sorta entertaining

shouldn't the volunteers/web-folks list be members only for
posting ?  even if they use svlug as the reply/return
addresses, it still shouldn't come thru in that case
