i'll sit down and watch on the fiddling of selinux and grsecruity
differences .. even pay for a class that explains each pro and cons ...

yup ..

it'd also probably be a good idea to have written policies for
the new server too ...
	- social policy and admin policy and security policy etc

btw.. i assume you guys will have  http://fake.svlug.org for building
and testing a new updates and website changes on the same environment 
beofre it goes live, which is not the same as building/developing on
a different pc
