[Volunteers] list violation: "ShmooCon 2006" announcement

I think an example needs to be made of this spam.  He also hit the
BAFUG list so he was obviously making the rounds.  It's an unauthorized
announcement of a non-SVLUG event, which turns out to be neither Linux
related nor Silicon Valley local info.
