It's a tiny bit customised, but believe me:  It's very much a templated
script -- sort of spam madlibs.  ;->

That is, I've gotten the exact same slightly-targeted text with minor
variations sent to me as a marketing pitch, innumerable times.  If you
looked into it, you might indeed find that there's a typical
squatter/spammer enterprise behind it, but I've never sunk that much 
time into the problem.
