With some hand work, they can be put back in the volunteers list, but that's
iffy.
Honestly, I'm not sure why the web-team list was removed, but whatever.
If the list is re-created without posts, the archives could be put back, or
just put the mbox file somewhere, but that's not great.

I'll let you figure it out :)
