Ever since Kevin provided new meeting facilities at Cavium, SVLUG has no
longer been obliged to meet on 1st Wednesday or not at all.  That was a
constraint upon SVLUG imposed by the former meeting space at Symantec
HQ's cafeteria being reserved a year in advance for _only_ 1st
Wednesdays.  By contrast, Kevin's arrangement with his employer is a
great deal more flexible.

At this point, 1st Wednesdays is somewhere between 'tradition' and 'the
way we used to do things'.
