Yes, I'm using one for some time now. Integrated into PAM (login/sudo)
and a little script to activate the screen saver when the yubikey is
removed.

Android port of it (via NFC)
My employer started using it as part of the `pass phrase' for a VPN setup.
Things seem to work ok, at least what I tried so far.
