OK, well that's where the Dansguardian policy of default blanked SSL
blocking with whitelisting comes in.

And any alternative software is going to face the same problem.

There's a lot of discussion about such issues on mailing lists and Web
forums.  If I were implementing such a solution, I'd spend a lot of time
reading those.  But I'm not, so I won't.
