[svlug] Cups blfs won't link.

Perhaps you need libacl.so. It looks like the build is trying to link
against libacl.a - a static library - to build a dynamic library. To build
a dynamic library everything needs to be build -fPIC.

If there is no libacl.so then linking would look for libacl.a. Perhaps
install libacl-devel to get the .so.
