[svlug] Mailing list machine may soon go dark. Also, June speaker needed

June talk.

Well no one has stepped up so I will volunteer.

I can put together a talk about time on Linux. Perhaps this is especially
relevant due to the upcoming Leap Second at the end of the month.

I can talk  about time precision and granularity. A little bit about ntpd,
timers, time api in user space and in the kernel.

If this sounds of value I will write up a better description.
